BoxHouse designs and manufactures durable, steel-framed, foldable homes. ReadyPod maintains a deployment-ready fleet of those homes, available for lease — no manufacturing wait, no burden of ownership. Real houses, not tents or trailers.
Who We Serve
Workforce Housing
Comfortable housing for your crew, delivered on schedule for construction, energy, infrastructure, and remote operations.
Government, NGO & Military
Durable, scalable housing for emergency response, humanitarian missions, and long-duration deployments — built to operate within your procurement framework.
Disaster Relief
Homes that already exist, ready to deploy the moment a community needs them, so recovery starts immediately.
Hospitality & Short-Term Operators
Add lodging capacity fast. Generate revenue without the cost and timeline of permanent construction, and scale as demand changes.
Inside the ReadyPod Reserve
ReadyPod maintains an inventory of complete homes that are already built, inspected, and ready for deployment. Instead of waiting months for manufacturing, customers receive housing from existing inventory.
Held in inventory
Every home in the ReadyPod fleet is already built and standing by, folded flat and stored two to a standard shipping container. When the call comes, we're deploying inventory, not starting production.
Staged for speed
Because the fleet stores in containers, homes can be staged near where they'll be needed, delivered to remote job sites, or deployed into temporary communities.
Leased, not owned
Customers lease from the reserve rather than purchasing and managing units they may only need temporarily. The housing is there when you need it, off your books when you don't.
Scaled on demand
Add or reduce housing capacity as needs change — surge up when demand spikes, scale back when it passes.
Deployed, then redeployed
Homes can be set on earth screws for fast, relocatable placement, then recovered and redeployed as conditions evolve. One home can serve multiple communities over its life.
Structured for any mission
Deployments are built around what the situation calls for: short-term surge housing, medium-term transitional communities, or long-term placements. Retain units as long as the need continues.
Why ReadyPod?

When the Call Came, the Homes Were Ready
When Super Typhoon Sinlaku tore through Saipan, families lost everything. ReadyPod deployed 10 factory-built homes to the island — real, steel-framed houses for displaced families, delivered across the Pacific because the fleet already existed.
