About ReadyPod

ReadyPod exists to give organizations access to quality housing when they need it, without waiting for it to be built.

The problem we were built to solve

When organizations need housing fast, they run into the same wall every time. They place an order. They wait months for manufacturing. They manage logistics they were never set up to handle. And they end up owning a fleet of units long after the need that justified them has passed.

For temporary or variable housing needs, buying and managing a permanent solution adds cost and complexity.

ReadyPod was built to solve that.

Who we are

ReadyPod is BoxHouse's rapid deployment and leasing arm, headquartered in St. George, Utah.

BoxHouse builds the homes; ReadyPod provides access to the reserve and coordinates their deployment. We serve disaster relief agencies, government and military programs, workforce housing operators, and hospitality operators that need housing on an operational timeline.

Our Mission

ReadyPod's mission is to provide rapidly deployable housing for disaster recovery, workforce accommodations, government operations, and temporary communities. Because every home is already built and held in reserve, deployment can begin without waiting for manufacturing.

Our Vision

ReadyPod envisions a future where access to quality housing doesn't have to wait for construction or manufacturing to catch up with the need.

Our Values

}

Readiness

We prepare before the need arises.

Reliability

We follow through when timing matters.

Adaptability

We deploy, scale, and redeploy as needed.

Partnership

We work alongside customers and communities to solve the housing need at hand.

What makes us different

Most housing providers start building when you place an order. Our homes are already built, inspected, and ready to go. That one difference is what lets us move faster and more flexibly than any solution that has to be manufactured after the need appears.

No manufacturing delays

Homes are already built and held in inventory, ready for rapid deployment.

Access without unnecessary ownership

Lease from the Reserve instead of purchasing and managing units you may only need temporarily.

Deployment flexibility

Every deployment is structured around what the situation calls for, whether short-term, medium-term, or long-term.

Flexible scale

Add or reduce housing capacity as needs change.

Real homes, not temporary structures

Steel frames, engineered to fold, ship, and last. A deployment may be temporary. The home is not.

Backed by BoxHouse

Every ReadyPod home is manufactured by BoxHouse, giving customers a consistent, quality-controlled product.

Saipan: the model in practice

In 2026, ReadyPod deployed 10 homes to families in Saipan displaced by Super Typhoon Sinlaku. It was our inaugural deployment.

The homes were already built when the storm made landfall. That's the entire premise of the company, and Saipan is the clearest demonstration of what it does when timing matters most.
