Amanda spent 20 years at Chatham Financial, finishing as Chief Operating Officer, where she built the systems that let a warehouse startup grow into a global enterprise. Before that she served as a Civil Affairs officer in the U.S. Army, managing reconstruction funding in Farah Province, Afghanistan. She has seen both sides of the problem ReadyPod solves: the operational discipline it takes to deliver at scale, and what it looks like on the ground when housing doesn't arrive fast enough. Amanda holds an MBA from the Wharton School and lives in the Denver area.
