Maria is a finance and operations leader with more than a decade of experience getting cross-functional teams pointed in the same direction. She came to ReadyPod from Chatham Financial and runs the machinery behind the sales team: process, reporting, and the details that keep deals moving. Outside of work she is a mom of three who has lived in nine countries and still plays volleyball and basketball whenever she can find a game. Maria is based in Arvada, Colorado.
