The ReadyPod Fleet

Homes,
Standing By.

Every home in the ReadyPod fleet is staged and ready to deploy wherever housing is needed, whether that's a disaster zone, a workforce site that has outgrown its housing, or a surge nobody saw coming. Our fleet includes several models, so the home fits the job.

The homes in the ReadyPod fleet are built by BoxHouse in St. George, Utah. They're factory-built, steel-framed, and designed to fold down for transport, so they're ready to ship the moment they're needed.

Building in a factory means every unit is built to the same standard, inspected, and ready to ship when the call comes.

MiniBox 2025

Our most compact model has a full kitchen and full bathroom in about 280 square feet. It's a complete home for one or two people, and it fits on sites where space is tight.

Bunkhouse 2025

The Bunkhouse is one open room with windows on all four walls and no interior walls in the way. You can set it up as crew bunks, a guest suite, or flex space, then reconfigure it when the need changes.

Studio Bungalow 2024

This version has the same studio footprint but a more built-out interior. It adds a kitchen island, a dedicated workspace, and in-unit laundry to the full kitchen and full bathroom. The bathroom sits behind a partition wall, which keeps the rest of the space open and bright.

Studio Bungalow 2023

A complete studio home of about 380 square feet, with a full kitchen, a private bathroom, an open living and sleeping area, and an in-unit washer and dryer. It's everything one person or a couple needs for a longer stay.

Bungalow 2BR 2025

A full two-bedroom home with a full kitchen, full bathroom, and in-unit washer and dryer. The two bedrooms sit on one side and the open living and kitchen area on the other, which makes it the right fit for families or roommates who need real privacy.

Duplex 2025

It fits two private units under one roof, each with its own entry, kitchenette, and full bathroom. That doubles capacity on a single pad without anyone giving up their own front door.
