About the Reserve

Homes, standing by.

ReadyPod provides access to a reserve of 1,200+ factory-built homes that are already manufactured, inspected, and staged for deployment. Not a catalog. Not a production slot. Homes that already exist, waiting to be placed.

Most housing gets built after you need it

The traditional path to housing starts with an order. You spec it, sign it, and wait while somebody builds it. Then you handle the logistics, take delivery, and own a fleet of units long after the need that justified them has passed.

ReadyPod moved the build to the front. The homes get manufactured before anyone orders them, which turns a manufacturing timeline into a logistics timeline.

1,200

Homes

Homes are inspected and stored ready to ship, so when a customer needs housing, ReadyPod deploys from existing stock instead of starting production. Nothing is waiting on a factory queue, a materials order, or a build schedule.

The Reserve holds 1,200 homes in the Fleet so a deployment can be matched to what the situation calls for, whether that's a handful of units on a single site or a large placement across a region.

How a deployment works

01

Reserve

Homes are already built, inspected, and held in inventory.

02

Deploy

ReadyPod delivers, places, and sets up the homes where and when they're needed, with or without a permanent foundation.

03

Return or Retain

When the initial need ends, units can come back to the Reserve, the lease can extend, or you can talk to us about a longer-term arrangement.

What makes a Reserve home different

It's already built.

No manufacturing lead time. The deployment clock starts at logistics, not production.

It's a real home.

Steel-framed, factory-built by BoxHouse, engineered to fold, ship, and last. A deployment may be temporary. The home isn't.

It's inspected and ready.

Homes are maintained in deployment-ready condition, not pulled off a lot and patched up when an order comes in.

It can move again.

Homes fold for transport, which means they can be deployed, retrieved, and redeployed as conditions change.

It's leased, not sold.

The home is already owned by somebody else, and ReadyPod already manages it. You get access to the housing without buying, storing, maintaining, or eventually disposing of a fleet you may only need temporarily.

It's backed by BoxHouse.

One manufacturer, one quality standard, one chain of accountability from the factory to the site.

Who owns the homes, and who runs them

Investor owned

The homes in the Reserve are investor owned. Individuals and organizations own units and engage ReadyPod to pool and deploy them at scale, which is how the Reserve gets built before anyone places an order.

ReadyPod runs everything else

We maintain the fleet, keep homes in deployment-ready condition, and coordinate delivery, placement, setup, and retrieval on every deployment.

One point of contact

For customers, that means one point of contact. You lease from ReadyPod, you coordinate with ReadyPod, and ReadyPod is accountable for the home on your site. Ownership sits in the background where it belongs.

When leasing from the Reserve makes sense

When housing needs are temporary, variable, or uncertain, leasing gives organizations capacity without committing to a purchase. For those needs, leasing is often the better structure.

Who draws from the Reserve

Workforce Housing

Operators and contractors housing crews on remote sites and in markets with no rental supply.

Government, NGO, and Military

Agencies and programs with housing needs tied to a public mandate or an operational timeline.

Disaster Relief

Emergency management agencies and relief organizations responding when housing can't wait.

Hospitality & Short-Term Operators

RV parks, campgrounds, and lodging operators adding rentable capacity without a construction project.

The underlying problem is identical: housing needs to be ready before the order is placed.

The Reserve in action

ReadyPod's inaugural deployment placed 10 homes with families in Saipan displaced by Super Typhoon Sinlaku in 2026. The homes were already built when the storm made landfall. That's the whole point of the model, and it's the clearest demonstration of what it does when timing matters most.
