Workforce Housing
Housing that's already built.
ReadyPod leases factory-built homes from a reserve that's already manufactured, inspected, and staged for deployment. Your crew moves in on your schedule, not a manufacturer's.
Your crew is ready. Is the housing?
Oil fields, data center campuses, mines, and remote construction sites all run into the same wall. The scope gets approved, the crew gets hired, and there's nowhere to put them. Order housing and you're waiting months on a production line. Look for rentals and you find a market that was never built for a few hundred workers showing up at once.
Every week without housing is a week of productivity and revenue you don't get back.
The ReadyPod Advantage
ReadyPod doesn't start building when you place an order. The homes are already built and held in reserve, so deployment starts as soon as the site is ready.
You lease instead of buy. That means no capital tied up in a fleet you may only need for the length of one project, no fleet to store or maintain when the job ends, and the ability to add or pull back capacity as the crew count moves. ReadyPod handles delivery, placement, setup, and retrieval.
The homes are built by BoxHouse: steel-framed, factory-built, and made to hold up to years of daily use. The deployment might be temporary. The housing isn't.
Built for how workforce housing actually gets used
Oil and gas fields
Crews rotate in and out for months at a time, usually in places with no rental market at all. ReadyPod can stand up housing fast and keep it in place for the life of the field.
Data center construction
Data center builds pull large temporary crews into areas that were never sized for that kind of demand. Lease what the build needs, then return the units when the crew demobilizes.
Remote and rural infrastructure
Pipeline work, utility buildouts, highway and rail megaprojects. Wherever the job takes the crew, the homes can follow, then move to the next segment.
Renewable energy construction
Wind and solar farms get built in the same remote, housing-scarce places as oil and gas. Housing on-site for the length of the build, gone when the build is done.
Mining and resource extraction
Mines are rarely near enough housing for the crews they need. Homes go directly to site and stay as long as the operation does.
Seasonal and agricultural labor
Large seasonal workforces need housing that scales up for the season and doesn't sit empty and owned the rest of the year.
How It Works
01
Tell us the scope.
Crew size, site conditions, timeline, how long you expect to need it.
02
We pull from the reserve.
The homes already exist. No production queue, no manufacturing lead time.
03
We deploy.
ReadyPod handles delivery, placement, and setup, with or without a permanent foundation.
04
Return, extend, or retain.
When the project wraps, send the units back to the reserve, extend the lease, or talk to us about a longer-term arrangement.
Proof
BoxHouse homes have been deployed as workforce rental housing in Pecos, Monahans, and Odessa, Texas, helping meet demand in areas with limited housing supply. These homes are utilized as workforce housing for many oil field workers in West Texas, and have maintained 100% occupancy rates since opening.
